Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has flagged off an 8-coach Parcel Train Service from Budgam to Delhi as the inauguration happened at a time when all fruit mandis across Kashmir are shut in protest of the continuous closure national highway.
