'Please Don't Stall Delhi Budget': Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Urges PM Narendra Modi

Delhi Chief Minister had on Monday announced that the Delhi Budget would not be presented on Tuesday and blamed the Centre for stalling it and termed it "hooliganism".
